What kind of files do you accept?
Basically, we accept PNG, JPG, PSD and PDF files since they are easier to make ID cards with.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, we do rush orders. With a small additional fee, our turn around time is reduced to 24 hours.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by calling us at (02) 7092 8694 or sending us an email at “inquiry@idcard.ph”. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will have to return the packages back to us for a full refund.
